Texas Cajun Sausage Company, LLC.

In 2003 I started the process of developing a recipe for a Cajun sausage made from pork and crawfish tail meat. Then, my company, Texas Cajun Sausage Co. LLC was formed to sell and distribute my product. Subsequently, I was granted a trademark for my sausage and CrawLinks came into being. Application was made to and accepted by the Texas Department of Agriculture GO TEXAN program, a program that supports Texas-owned companies and promotes Texas-made products.

CrawLinks are made exclusively for Texas Cajun Sausage Co. LLC using whole crawfish tail meat, premium pork and the finest spices blended to company specifications to give it that great Cajun flavor. Our product is Department of Agriculture inspected which allows us to ship from our web site. We serve Texas and the USA from the Texas Hill Country.
